Job description
  • Supervise the daily operations of a restaurant, lounge, or outlet within the complex
  • Provide hands-on leadership to front-line staff, ensuring service standards are consistently met
  • Assist with scheduling, staffing, and shift management to optimize operations and meet business needs
  • Deliver ongoing coaching, training, and development to team members, fostering a culture of engagement and performance
  • Act as a point of continuity and leadership in the absence of management, ensuring smooth operations at all times
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, resolve concerns promptly, and model the highest level of customer service
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment through regular inspections and adherence to policies and regulations
  • Support promotions, entertainment events, and special functions within outlets
  • Assist with performance metrics, financial objectives, and other administrative duties as required
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant, lounge, or bar
  • Post-secondary education in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
  • Smart Serve and Food Handlers certification required (WHMIS training provided)
  • Knowledge of Employment Standards, Health & Safety, and Liquor License Act requirements
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
  • Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a unionized environment is considered an asset
  • Ability to work flexible hours in a 24/7 operation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
