- Supervise the daily operations of a restaurant, lounge, or outlet within the complex
- Provide hands-on leadership to front-line staff, ensuring service standards are consistently met
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and shift management to optimize operations and meet business needs
- Deliver ongoing coaching, training, and development to team members, fostering a culture of engagement and performance
- Act as a point of continuity and leadership in the absence of management, ensuring smooth operations at all times
- Monitor guest satisfaction, resolve concerns promptly, and model the highest level of customer service
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment through regular inspections and adherence to policies and regulations
- Support promotions, entertainment events, and special functions within outlets
- Assist with performance metrics, financial objectives, and other administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant, lounge, or bar
- Post-secondary education in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
- Smart Serve and Food Handlers certification required (WHMIS training provided)
- Knowledge of Employment Standards, Health & Safety, and Liquor License Act requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
- Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Experience in a unionized environment is considered an asset
- Ability to work flexible hours in a 24/7 operation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
