Job description

Lead and manage all food and beverage operations, ensuring top-tier guest service and adherence to brand standards

Hire, train, supervise, and mentor front-of-house and back-of-house teams

Develop and implement departmental budgets, monitor cost controls, and drive revenue through upselling and guest engagement

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor control regulations

Collaborate with Marketing and Events teams on promotions, seasonal offerings, and special events

Oversee inventory control, vendor relationships, purchasing, and quality assurance

Act as a visible, hands-on leader during peak service times and special events

Foster a positive workplace culture focused on respect, accountability, and development

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of progressive leadership experience in food and beverage or hospitality management

Experience in a high-volume, multi-outlet operation preferred

Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and liquor service regulations

Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop diverse teams

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills

Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, costs, and scheduling

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required

On-site role in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift items up to 25 lbs
