Job summary

Placements24 seeks a meticulous Quality Assurance Specialist to join a manufacturing facility in Kimberley. You will implement and oversee QA procedures, conduct inspections, and drive continuous improvement in quality management systems across FMCG production.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field, proven QA/QC experience in FMCG, and strong knowledge of HACCP/ISO standards, with excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology or related field.
• Proven experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control in FMCG manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (HACCP, ISO).
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of processes and finished products.
• Monitor quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Train production staff on quality control procedures.
