Fly-In/Fly-Out Associate Dentist – Alberta

123Dentist is hiring Fly-In/Fly-Out Associate Dentists to support multiple clinics across rural Alberta. This role is ideal for dentists seeking flexible schedules, high earning potential, and strong mentorship. New graduates with the right mindset and interest in mentorship are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility: Dentists can receive up to $60,000 in federal loan forgiveness over five years for serving in designated rural communities.

Coverage Duration: Flexible terms ranging from several weeks to multiple months.

What You Need
  • BDS, DDS, or DMD from an accredited program, or completion of the NDEB equivalency process

  • Registered or in the process of registering with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Alberta
  • Open to those currently registered with other Canadian province(s)
  • Experience practising dentistry in Canada is preferred, but new graduates are welcome with mentorship provided
