Job summary

Spectrum Health Care is seeking registered nursing professionals to oversee flu immunization clinics in Ontario. The role involves assessing patient needs, preparing and administering vaccines, and delivering aftercare guidance.

Ideal candidates are registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario (RN or RPN), comfortable managing a caseload, and fluent in English. Flexible hours with clinics Mon-Fri, and new graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
• Experience with injections is an asset.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.

Ensures that all Patient documentation meets the standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures of Spectrum Health Care and the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)

Hours of Work:

• Flexible hours available (minimum 3 hour shift availability is required)
• Clinics are scheduled between Monday - Friday

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred
• New Graduates welcome
• Experience with injections an asset
• Currently registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) (Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN))
• Ability to work independently in managing a caseload
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written required (Additional language skills considered an asset)
• Excellent patient assessment and teaching skills
