Job summary

Rubicon Organics, Canada’s leader in premium, certified organic cannabis, seeks a Flower Room Supervisor at our Cascadia facility in Hope, BC. You will lead Flower Room Leads and cultivation staff to execute flowering operations from flip to harvest, ensuring safety, quality, and production schedules are met.

Reporting to the Cultivation Manager, you will coordinate daily labor, enforce SOPs, develop team members, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining plant health and room standards

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial cannabis cultivation or similar intensive horticulture environment.
• Experience supervising, leading, or coordinating a cultivation/production team.
• Strong knowledge of cannabis flowering cycle: pruning, defoliation, canopy management, harvest readiness.
• Ability to organize labor, schedule work, and keep team on schedule in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and high standards for crop quality, cleanliness, and consistency.
• Strong communication and people leadership skills.
• Pesticide Applicator Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Flower Room Leads and cultivation team members; coordinate daily workloads across flower rooms.
• Ensure flowering activities from flip through harvest align with SOPs and schedules.
• Train, coach, and develop team members on flowering techniques and safety.
• Monitor productivity and quality; provide timely feedback and address performance concerns.
• Coordinate with IPM, irrigation, facilities, and processing teams for smooth room transitions.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow and labor efficiency.
