• Minimum of 5 years working experience in a flour mill as a Shift Miller.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Maintain optimum mill capacity, performance, and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Report incidents regarding food safety and product quality.
