You will drive Floorset execution, support replenishment, and lead a merchandising team to deliver guest-ready experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience driving retail merchandising programs and Floorset execution.
• Ability to train and coach merchandising teams to hit productivity and standards.
• Strong eye for visual merchandising and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• You have a passion for merchandising and drive guest experience in line with Brand Standards.
• Lead Floorset execution by coaching the Floorset team and setting clear goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, replenishment, and sell-through adjustments.
• Foster a teamwork mindset to maintain brand standards and celebrate wins.
• Prioritize guest experience and maintain store safety and loss-reduction practices.
