Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to partner with the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering the AE Brand Visual Standards and effective floorset updates.

You will coach the Floorset team and ensure replenishment keeps the floor guest-ready, with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for visual integrity. You will drive Floorset execution, day-to-day merchandising, and sell-through adjustments while upholding safety and shrink-reduction policies across the store.

Qualifications

• Passion for merchandising and guest experience.
• Strong Floorset execution and product presentation.
• Ability to train and coach Floorset team and set productivity goals.
• Detail-oriented with knowledge of Visual Standards.

Responsibilities

• Support guest experience with Merchandising Team Leader and ensure store reflects Brand Standards.
• Drive Floorset execution by training the Floorset team and achieving productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Maintain Brand Standards and store safety; support shrink-reducing strategies.
• Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team.
