Select Facility Solutions, LLC a MilliCare franchise is seeking a Floor Technician to operate industrial floor equipment and maintain a clean, safe environment across our facilities. You will perform mopping, buffing, waxing, scrubbing, stripping, sealing floors, sanitizing surfaces, and handling spills in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, keeps accurate cleaning logs, and is comfortable using various tools and cleaning products daily.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Floor Technician or similar role desired.
• Experience with handling cleaning chemicals desired.
• The ability to walk for extended periods of time and regularly lift 25+ pounds safely.
• Valid driving license with access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial cleaning equipment.
• Clean both major and minor spills and sanitize areas.
• Utilize a variety of cleaning equipment and products, choosing the best products for the job.
• Disinfect equipment after each use.
• Identify when major or minor repairs are needed, and report them to the appropriate places.
• Maintain logs of cleaning, calls responded to, and areas serviced.
