Qualifications
- Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (in good standing).
- Registered Nurse Degree Diploma from an accredited university.
- Current B.C.L.S. certificate.
- Recent medical-surgical experience and evidence of recent related continuing education.
- Demonstrated self-motivation regarding continuing education in patient assessment and leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to change in patient care assignments.
- Ability to lift, turn, and transfer patients with mechanical lifts.
- Demonstrated skills in providing patient education.
- Evidence of sound organizational skills.
- Ability to perform essential duties of the position.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for personal patient care and vital signs.
- Administrate medications and monitor IV's.
- Participate as a member of the Float Pool and Nursing Team.
