Canadian Addiction Treatment Centres (CATC) seeks a Float Nurse to travel regionally in Ontario, providing opioid agonist treatment support across clinics, including bloodwork, ECGs and immunizations. The Float Nurse will be deployed as expert coverage for staffing shortages in a delegated clinic model.
You will administer medications, collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team, perform ECGs and venipuncture, and ensure meticulous documentation within EMR systems across sites.

The Float Nurse will travel regionally with the flexibility to work within a delegated model for patients on opioid agonist treatment within a clinic environment. The Float Nurse will be utilized as expert coverage for staffing shortages within a designated territory. The Float Nurse will participate in regular on-site visits to assist, support and complete bloodwork, ECGs and immunizations will be a critical part of the role.
