Job summary

FedEx Group in Ottawa is seeking a Driver - Casual Flex to help ensure timely delivery to predetermined customers on specific routes. You will review orders prior to delivery, load/unload the vehicle, and provide exceptional customer service to our client base.

Shifts are flexible with hours determined by business needs; a valid full G license (Class 5) is required, and the role involves lifting up to 70 lbs and meeting driving assessments. bilingual in Quebec is not required here unless in QC.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or educational equivalent.
• Must have a valid full G license / Class 5 driver's license.
• Minimum one year customer oriented business experience preferred.
• In Quebec, bilingual (French and English).
• Must be able to lift 70 lbs and complete training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review orders prior to delivery and ensure timely delivery.
• Load and unload vehicle as required.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our client base.
• Operate on assigned routes with flexibility to shifts based on business needs.
