Job summary

Boston Pizza is hiring a Host/Greeter to welcome Guests with a friendly, upbeat attitude and oversee seating arrangements. You will be the first impression of the restaurant, guiding Guests to their tables and coordinating with the team to optimize seating based on demand.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a high-volume bar or restaurant, must be available on at least 2 weekdays and 2 weekend days, and be willing to work late nights and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Seat guests and acknowledge them warmly, ensuring a smooth seating flow.
• Coordinate with team to manage seating and escort guests to tables.
• Deliver dine-in and take-out service to Boston Pizza standards with accuracy.
• Maintain Foundations of Hospitality and Food Safety practices.
• Communicate effectively with Front of House to keep service moving smoothly.
