Job summary

FedEx Group in Rimouski, Quebec is seeking an interview-position delivery associate to support on-time package delivery along predetermined routes. The role involves reviewing orders, loading and unloading vehicles, and delivering friendly, reliable service to our customer base.

Flex shift opportunities and a requirement to be bilingual (French and English) in Quebec are noted. Training completes within 3 months, with safety, driving assessments, and a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

This is an interview position.

To ensure timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery, load/unload vehicle and provide exceptional customer service to our client base.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Post Secondary:

• High school diploma/educational equivalent.

Professional accreditation/certification:

• Must have a valid full G license / Class 5 driver's license.

Technical Skill Requirements

• Must achieve minimum threshold on mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training
• Ability to successfully complete all basic and re-currency training
• Ability to lift 70 lbs
• Some knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations an asset.

• Good time management and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask, handle stress and work in a highly pressured environment
