Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all broker and fleet/commercial deals for the store.
  • Process all fleet/commercial and government inventory orders.
  • Act as liaison between customers and manufacturers for fleet/commercial needs.
  • Review sources for commercial, government, or fleet bid opportunities.
  • Cultivate broker and fleet/commercial business.
  • Ensure compliance with federally and state laws on deals.
  • Submit deals for banks complying with broker and fleet requirements.
  • Maintain follow-up applications to encourage repeat business.
  • Facilitate new vehicle pre-delivery with Sales and Service.
  • Handle inquiries regarding broker and fleet/commercial sales.
  • Prepare bid proposals.
  • Determine forecasts for unit sales and profits.
  • Complete training as directed by management.

Fleet Sales Manager – Nissan Fleet Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fleet Manager to join our team at a thriving automotive dealership. The Fleet Sales Manager is responsible for handling all commercial,government and fleet business including any special orders. Must present a professional appearance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store liaison for coordinating all broker and fleet/commercial deals for the store.
  • Process all fleet/commerical and government inventory orders after obtaining the Platform Managers approval.
  • Act as liasion between the customers and the manufacturer(s) on fleet/commerical sale needs.
  • Review all sources for any commercial, government or fleet bid opportunities.
  • Cultivate as much broker and fleet/commercial business as possible.
  • Ensures all broker and fleet/commercial deals are in compliance with all federal and state laws.
  • Submits deals for banks and ensures complaining with broker and fleet/commercial requirements for the banks.
  • Maintain owner follow-up applications that encourages service business and repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
  • Not to deliver or place any broker or fleet/commercial orders until appropriate documentation is received from customer.
  • Facilitate new vehicle pre-delivery with the Sales and Service department, including outside vendors .
  • Handle all inquiries regarding broker and fleet/commercial sales.
  • Prepare bid proposals.
  • Help determine monthly and annual forecasts in terms of unit sales, gross profit objectives and departmental profits.
  • Complete all training as directed by management.
  • Follow policies and procedures as set forth in the Personnel Policy Manual and other corporate policies.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
