Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Canada Inc. in Calgary is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate fleet maintenance, lead a team of diesel technicians, and ensure high standards of safety and service for our customers. You will plan preventive maintenance, manage schedules and costs, and mentor staff to sustain performance.

The role emphasizes leadership without requiring you to be a mechanic, with collaboration across departments and opportunities for advancement within the Penske network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or Tech School degree preferred.
• 3-5 years fleet maintenance management experience preferred, or 3+ years of team management.
• Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign work to meet customers’ needs.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of Penske’s assets.
• Control repair, inventory, and labor costs.
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction.
• Coach and mentor technicians and CSRs.
• Monitor associate work levels.
• Facility management, assuring a clean and safe working environment.
• Other duties as required by the manager.
