Job summary

The Brick in Langford, BC is seeking a Fleet Associate to move products from the distribution center to stores, shuttle trailers, perform inspections, and carry out basic truck maintenance.

You will support frontline operations with a strong customer focus and a readiness to meet daily logistics needs, ensuring safety and compliance while contributing to team success and store availability.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 driver’s license with a clean abstract.
• High school diploma completed.
• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Strong customer service and representation of the company.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work.
• Problem-solving and resourceful when needed.

Responsibilities

• Make product transfers from the distribution center to stores.
• Shunt trailers in the yard as needed.
• Process a vehicle and trailer inspection to ensure legal compliance.
• Perform minor maintenance on the truck.

Salary Range: $65,000.00 To $85,000.00 Annually

Responsibilities

• Make product transfers from the distribution center to the stores
• Shunt trailers in the yard as needed
• Process an inspection of the vehicle and trailer to make sure everything is in accordance within the laws
• Perform minor maintenance on the truck

Qualifications

• Class 1 driver's license and and clean abstract
• High school diploma
• Have 1 year of job-related experience
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and to represent the company well
• To be able to solve the problems adequately or to refer to the resource persons to solve them
• Know how to organize and prioritize work according to needs
