Our client, a large Retail company here in Canada, is currently looking to hire for a coordinator, Fixture Procurement to join their team in Calgary, AB! The ideal candidate would be a graduate from a supply chain college OR University program and held some internship experience within procurement/supply chain.

Job Details
  • Process project store orders through timely order uploads and custom Purchase Order (PO) creation, while managing order tracking for placement and delivery.
  • Address PO discrepancies raised by vendors by validating errors or obtaining manager approval.
  • Ensure timely processing of vendor files to maintain accurate on-site date reporting within the system.
  • Troubleshoot vendor file errors to ensure accurate delivery information and timely vendor payments.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the field merchandising team, responding to all inquiries within 24 hours and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails on the FIXTURE Procurement Hotline, ensuring all calls/E-mails are returned within 48 business hours.
Qualifications
  1. Post-Secondary education, within logistics/supply chain a plus
  2. Microsoft Excel/Office and general computer skills.
  3. Experience using one of: Peoplesoft, Oracle, Coupa, or Lucernex would be a plus

Part of the overall fixture team. Our client is going through a period of quick growth, store renovations that go through every season. Ultimately the coordinators support the store and responsible for making them come to life. Lots of exciting things going on with their team. Goal is to convert candidate from a 6 month contract to full-time employee.

Work Environment: Hours of operations: 8:00am - 4:30pm 37.5 hours/week

Work model: Hybrid 4 days a week in office, Friday, Work from home

Duration: 6 month contract to permanent

Pay: $20 - $22/hr

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
