GoodLife Group in Edmonton is seeking a Fitness Manager to guide and grow the Personal Training team, enhance client experience, and drive profitability across the PT department.

You will recruit, coach and develop trainers, ensure sessions meet GoodLife standards and partner with club departments to foster a vibrant culture. A strong track record in leadership and client service is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have current, nationally recognized Personal Training certification.
• Minimum 1 year in Assistant Fitness Manager role, 2 years Personal Training experience.
• Proven success in leading and motivating diverse teams to achieve performance goals.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and develop a successful team of Personal Trainers.

This position is eligible for bonuses and commissions in addition to the base salary.
