Zusammenfassung

Fit4Less Ottawa is seeking a Host to deliver friendly member services and assist with memberships while maintaining club cleanliness to brand standards. You will greet members, guide guests through processes, and contribute to an energetic, safe environment.

The role involves completing daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks and reporting issues with standard procedures. A High School diploma and basic certifications (WHMIS, First Aid, CPR-AED) are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Who is a Host?

The Host provides friendly customer and membership services and completes daily cleaning and minormaintenance tasks to standards and expectations to deliver Fit4Less’ friendly, clean, and automated brand.

Job Summary:

Performs and completes cleanliness tasks and duties to ensure safety foreveryone in the club to deliver consistent cleanliness for members,associates and prospective members.:

• Cleans and tidies to the cleanliness standards and expectations as outlined
• in cleaning and inspection guidelines.
• Provides friendly customer interaction when cleanliness tasks are beingcompleted on the workout floor.
• Contributes to the everybody cleans mindset.
• Completes and reads daily, weekly and monthly cleanliness tasks,communications and training to achieve standard expectations.
• Informs and reports deficiencies using standard guideline expectations toengage appropriate actions, individuals and resolutions.

Provides friendly customer service that follow Fit4Less guidelines, processesand procedures to deliver consistent service to members and prospectivemembers.:

• Welcomes everybody warmly in the club with hi, bye and thank you.
• Helps and educates members and guests with memberships, amenities,automation and processes.
• Promotes black card amenities and memberships.
• Contributes to a courteous and friendly workplace environment to meetFit4Less’ brand and required expectations.
• Completes tasks and responsibilities by the set timelines.
• Completes and reads daily, weekly and monthly tasks, communicationsand training to standard expectations.
• Informs and works with the manager for progress relating to customerservice and escalation support.
• Addresses, informs and reports incidents of concern using the standardprocess expectations.

Sells and suggests memberships and provides assistance for membershipmanagement to support Fit4Less purpose.

Assists and provides appropriate access to and within the club to educate onautomated and virtual options and the processes to allow a member toexperience an automated way to utilize the club and their membership.

• High School diploma, or working toward completion.
• 1 year teamwork and/or volunteer experience
• Verbal communication skills
• Written communication skills
• WHMIS
• First Aid, CPR-A & AED Certification
• Puts a lot of effort into their activities.

• Is dedicated to meeting the expectations andrequirements of both internal and external customers.

Compensation:

The selected candidate will be paid minimum wage. The expected annual total compensation is $9,700 determined by the expected total number of scheduled hours per year.
