Job summary

AIRMédic in Canada is seeking a First Officer for Learjet 45 XR based at YUL/St-Hubert. Regular full-time role with a 14 consecutive days on, 7 days off schedule across satellite bases.

You will plan and execute aeromedical evacuation missions in close collaboration with flight crews, medical staff, and the operator's leadership. Key requirements include CPL with instrument rating, extensive IFR experience, and bilingual French/English.

Qualifications

• CPL with Group 1 instrument rating.
• 750 total flight hours minimum.
• 250 multi-engine flight hours minimum.
• 500 IFR hours minimum.
• 250 hours on turboprop or jet is an asset.
• Experience on Learjet 40/45/70/75 is an asset.
• Bilingual in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage aeromedical evacuation flights with crew and medical team.
• Pilot aircraft in operations together with captain.
• Ensure flight operations meet safety standards and regulations.
• Stay current with procedures and regulatory changes.
• Support medical crew during patient care and missions.
• Coordinate with ground and air operators, ATC, and local services.
• Participate in ongoing training and aircraft division projects.
• Perform related duties as required.
