Job summary

A leading food service provider in Canada is seeking a First Cook based in a Horizon North camp facility. As a First Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking main meals, ensuring high standards are met. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in the food service industry and knowledge of international cuisines. This position offers a 20 days on/10 days off rotation with excellent work-life balance and fully covered health benefits.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality or food service industry.
  • At least 1 year as a Sous Chef with knowledge of various cuisines.
  • FoodSafe Level I certification needed.

  • Ensure meals are prepared within allocated food budget.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation.
