Job summary

A leading service provider in Alberta is expanding its operations and is seeking Red Seal Journeyperson Electricians and Fire Extinguisher Certified Technicians. The ideal candidates will inspect and maintain fire alarm systems, troubleshoot deficiencies, and must have relevant certifications with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in inspection, service, and troubleshooting.
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license with clean abstract.
  • Clean criminal record check.
  • Physically capable of ladder work, lifting, kneeling, and working at heights.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect, test, and maintain fire alarm systems and related equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair deficiencies per applicable codes and standards.
  • Complete detailed inspection reports and documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, stocked company vehicle.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies.
