Job summary

Canadian Fire Alarm Association is seeking a Fire Alarm Technician with CFAA certification for immediate placement. You will service, repair and test a broad range of fire alarm systems, and perform annual and monthly inspections of Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting and Monitoring Systems.

The position requires a results driven individual who can work independently, with excellent written and verbal English, a valid clean driver’s license, and preference for sprinkler or monitoring experience.

Qualifications

  • Must be a CFAA certified technician and graduate of the recent upgrade course.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
  • Must possess a valid clean driver’s license (Abstract required).
  • Previous sprinkler system experience would be an asset.
  • Previous monitoring experience would also be an asset.
