Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of financial regulations, compliance requirements and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations ensuring efficiency, quality and scalability of fintech products and services.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute growth initiatives and market expansion plans.

• Drive innovation by integrating emerging technologies and optimizing operational workflows.
• Establish performance metrics and monitor key operational KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.
