Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Cloud FinOps capabilities and best practices within the organisation.
• Develop cost management processes, mechanisms, and controls for transparency and governance.
• Articulate the value of public cloud adoption use cases to business and technology teams.
• Provide commercial insights for strategic vendor engagements.
• Identify and support execution of cost‑saving and optimisation opportunities.
• Track cost optimisation actions and associated value.
• Manage vendor commercial incentives like Reserved Instances and Savings Plans.
• Monitor ongoing cost management compliance.
• Drive cross‑functional engagement through training and communications.

Skills

Experience in a technology department with a focus on financial management

Knowledge of IT infrastructure and public cloud concepts

Experience in financial analysis and large datasets
