TELUS Digital is seeking a Finnish AI Data Annotation Specialist to oversee content review and moderation tasks. The role is fully remote from Poland and focuses on high-quality labeling and adherence to guidelines.

The ideal candidate has Finnish proficiency, culturally aware understanding, and experience with data annotation. Strong analytical and decision-making skills, plus resilience to disturbing content, are required.

Responsibilities

• Review videos and judge videos/accounts according to processes, policies and guidelines.
• Respond to inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals.
• Liaise with different teams to ensure brand safety, monitoring social media and taking appropriate actions to resolve issues.
• Address situations arising during production with careful consideration and timely actions.
• Make well-balanced decisions based on established processes and guidelines using market-specific knowledge.

As an AI Data Annotation Specialist, you will oversee the review and management of user-generated content to ensure it meets company guidelines and quality standards. Your role involves handling administrative and operational tasks to ensure the successful moderation of content while achieving client satisfaction and adhering to company policies. The AI Data Annotation Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for any content-related issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review videos and judge videos/accounts in accordance according to processes, policies and guidelines
• Respond to inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals
• Liaise with different teams to ensure brand safety, monitoring social media and taking appropriate
• Actions to resolve any situations that may arise during production
• Make well-balanced decisions based on processes, policies and guidelines, using market specific knowledge

Project overview

• Work Days: Monday - Friday
• Remote job opportunity, from any place in Poland
• Work cannot be performed from any other country

REQUIREMENTS

• Full professional proficiency in Finnish
• Familiar with the culture of Finnish language
