The chosen person will play a key role in all post-machining operations of parts, ensuring that each product meets our quality and excellence standards.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Carries out all post-machining operations on parts, including but not limited to: deburring complex parts, assembly, repair, identification, sorting, preservation, and cleaning;
• Ensures quality control of parts;
• Ensures compliance with company standards and rules, including those related to AS9100 certification, where applicable.

Skills and Abilities

• Ability to use machine tools (grinding, deburring, polishing, etc.)
• Rigour and attention to detail
• Excellent manual dexterity
• Excellent visual capacity

Working Conditions

• 4-day work schedule 3:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m., Monday to Thursday.
• Salary starting from $24.11 per hour
• Premium of $2.50/hour
• 3 weeks of paid vacation upon hiring
• 6 paid days during the holiday break
• 4 floating/sick days per year
