Job summary

Infracon Group of Companies is seeking experienced Finishing Excavator Operators for potential upcoming civil construction, mining, and pipeline maintenance work across Western Canada. The role requires precise excavation, grading, trenching, and site prep, with safety and teamwork at the core.

Projects may vary by location and may require travel; full-time, project-based employment, with wage range $37-$41 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous finishing excavator operator experience is required.
• Ability to perform precise grading, trenching, backfilling, ditching, and site prep.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and reliable transportation are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators safely and efficiently on civil, mining, and pipeline maintenance projects.
• Perform finishing and grading work to project specifications.
• Coordinate with supervisors, survey teams and other crews to maintain schedules.
