Job summary

GrizzlyTrek Group is actively seeking a Finishing Dozer Operator for a project in Carnduff, Saskatchewan. The role centers on finishing grade, producing clean slopes and a surface that matches the plan, with a rate of $35 per hour and additional daily LOA of $200 and a $175 daily truck allowance.

The position requires proven dozer experience, the ability to hold grade to plan, and a safety‑first approach around ground crews. Overtime opportunities and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Proven dozer experience with seat time on finish grade.
• Ability to hold grade to stakes and plan.
• Safety‑first approach to operating around trucks and ground crews.

Responsibilities

• Operate a dozer on finish work: cut, trim and fine grade to final elevation.
• Hit grade tolerances using stakes and grade checks.
• Shape and finish slopes, ditches, pads and road subgrade.
• Spread and level material in thin, even lifts for a clean final surface.
• Complete circle checks and greasing, and report mechanical issues promptly.
• Work safely around other equipment, trucks and crews and participate in hazard assessments.
