Job summary

A fine dining restaurant in Southwestern Ontario is seeking a Food Service Supervisor. The successful candidate will supervise kitchen staff and ensure food quality meets standards. Responsibilities include training staff, managing food preparation, and addressing customer concerns. Applicants should have at least 1–2 years of experience and relevant certifications. Qualifications

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service.
  • Certificates such as Smart Serve and Food Safety Certificate.

Responsibilities

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Supervise and co‑ordinate activities of staff who prepare food.
  • Train staff in job duties and safety procedures.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns.
