The role emphasizes guest service, attention to detail and a flexible approach to shifts. Previous hotel or fine dining experience, strong communication, and a willingness to obtain Smart Serve or Food

Qualifications

• Experience in fine dining service is preferred.
• Strong guest service orientation and professionalism.
• Clear communication with residents, families and team members.
• Ability to adapt to changing service needs and guest requests.
• Willingness to obtain Smart Serve or Food Handler certificates if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide dining services to residents and guests in a fine dining style.
• Maintain high standards of service quality, consistency and hospitality.
• Support a warm, welcoming dining atmosphere and assist with table setup as needed.
