Job summary

Richelieu Hardware, a North American leader in specialty hardware, seeks a Financial System Analyst at its Head Office in Ville St-Laurent, Québec. The role focuses on maintaining and optimizing financial systems, enabling data-driven decision-making with ERP platforms and reporting tools.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience in financial systems analysis, strong Excel and SQL skills, and is comfortable working across projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in financial systems analysis or a similar role.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) and JDE is an asset.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of SQL, MS Access, and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

Responsibilities

• System Administration & Support: Administer and configure financial systems and provide end-user support.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in financial operations.
• Data Integrity & Reporting: Ensure data accuracy and develop financial reports and dashboards.
• Project Management: Support system upgrades, migrations, and change requests.
