By integrating innovative risk management practices and advanced technologies, we enable our clients to proactively identify vulnerabilities, adapt to evolving regulations, and sustain long‑term business success amid disruption and uncertainty.

This area represents a critical growth area for our firm, offering you a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of expanding our advisory services during this period of significant change.

We are looking for a candidate to:
  • Leverage risk and regulatory knowledge and a broad advisory skillset to develop and enhance client deliverables across financial and non‑financial risk dimensions, including enterprise risk, credit risk, operational resilience, third‑party risk, compliance risk, and others – ensuring alignment with evolving regulatory expectations.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of innovative risk management solutions that extend beyond traditional risk and compliance functions to support broader business objectives and create measurable value for clients.
  • Facilitate client workshops and collaborative sessions, applying strong industry insight, business acumen, and critical thinking to structure and communicate complex regulatory and risk concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Support business development efforts by contributing to proposal writing, marketing initiatives, and thought leadership that elevate PwC’s profile and demonstrate our expertise in risk and regulatory advisory.
  • Enhance PwC’s leadership position in Risk and Regulatory Advisory through active participation in industry forums, client presentations, and the publication of insightful research and viewpoints.
  • Engage in continuous learning through targeted training programs covering risk and regulatory standards, use of technology, GenAI, engagement best practices, and sector‑specific knowledge to drive professional growth and deliver exceptional client service.
Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve
  • Professional experience in one or more of the following sub‑sectors in Financial Services: Banks, Insurance Companies, Asset Management, Private Equity, Credit Unions, and Financial Crown Corporations.
  • Proven experience from consulting, industry, or regulatory roles, with strong knowledge of regulatory requirements across non‑financial or financial risks (e.g., credit risk, operational risk, operational resilience, third‑party risk management, regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management, etc.).
  • Ability to critically analyze client operations to identify risk mitigation opportunities, drive improvements, and innovate solutions tailored to complex regulatory and business environments.
  • Excellent report writing and stakeholder engagement skills with demonstrated experience managing senior‑level client relationships and collaborating effectively within diverse project teams.
  • Willingness and ability to quickly learn and apply emerging technologies—such as resilience tools and Generative AI—in risk and regulatory advisory contexts, adapting across diverse projects and client needs.
  • Demonstrated capacity to support conclusions with logical reasoning, provide clear recommendations to senior stakeholders, and lead the design, implementation, and management of effective compliance programs.
  • A proactive mindset toward ongoing professional development to stay ahead of regulatory changes and industry best practices.
