Job summary

Conexus Credit Union in Regina is seeking a part-time Financial Services Representative to be the first point of contact for members and provide everyday banking services. The role involves assisting with transactions, helping members meet immediate needs, and supporting account openings and basic card services.

You will refer members to Financial Advisors as appropriate, while following all policies to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Experience in providing customer service.
• Experience in cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Assisting members with day-to-day banking services such as bill payments, deposits, withdrawals and much more.
• Proactively identifying and responding to members’ needs to empower members to achieve what matters to them.
• Learning additional aspects of branch actions from opening accounts and wire transfers, to completing simple credit card applications – to help fill in any gaps on a day to day basis.
• Uncovering opportunities to refer members to Financial Advisors to further develop and strengthen relationships.
• Adhering to policies and procedures to ensure compliance within the industry.

The bigger picture

We’re looking for an agile member-service ambassador to come on board as our Financial Service Representative in Regina. You will be the first point of contact for members and will provide them with everyday banking services and products to meet their immediate needs. As a part-time Financial Services Representative, you will be scheduled 20-30 hours/week.

Salary Range

$22.24 - $26.16/hour with a 6% Short Term Incentive Target
