Job summary

Money Mart in Yorkton is seeking a customer-focused team member to join our financial services team. You will deliver a quality sales experience across our loan products, check cashing, currency exchange, and money transfers, while maintaining accurate cash handling and transaction entry.

The role emphasizes helping customers meet their financial goals, driving branch profitability, and adhering to safety, security, and compliance standards. Money Mart values inclusion and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of financial services and sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver results on store profitability goals.

• Determine customers' needs and provide them with solutions that satisfy those needs.
• Handle cash and accurately enter transactions into the system.
