Job summary

Money Mart in Vancouver is hiring a Store Associate to help customers with financial services, cash handling, and in-store sales. You will promote products, process transactions, and ensure accuracy in daily operations at our branch located at 2595 Commercial Dr.

The role requires at least one year in financial services with a focus on sales, strong customer service, and reliable cash handling. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; bilingual or additional certifications are a plus.

• Have previous cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver results on store profitability goals.

• Determine customers' needs and provide them with solutions that satisfy those needs.
• Handle cash and accurately enter transactions into the system.
• Contact customers over the phone with past due balances and negotiate payment terms and schedules.
• Complete all documentation accurately.
• Follow safety, security, and compliance requirements.

Salary Range: $18.50—$18.50 CAD
