Job summary

goeasy (easyfinancial) is hiring a Financial Service Representative in Canada. You will build relationships with customers in person, over the phone, and by email, assess needs, and match them with suitable financial products. Expect cross-sales, credit-building support, and handling collections with careful attention to detail.

The role offers hourly pay of CAD 19.00–20.00 plus monthly bonuses, with benefits and perks designed to support a flexible, rewarding career path at goeasy.

A day in the life of a Financial Service Representative

• Build strong relationshipby welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
• Demonstratecompassionandempathyfor our customers by understanding their situation and needs and matching them to a suitable financial product.
• Educate and empowercustomers to achieve their financial goals through building their credit.
• Capitalizeon financial cross-sales and add-on products.
• Managecollectionsactivities for all past due financial accounts.
• Secureall required information to fulfill customer applications for products and services with strong attention to detail.

What We Are Looking For

We are offering $19.00 - $20.00/hour CAD for this role, plus the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses.
