Confidential Mining Company in Vancouver is seeking an experienced Manager, Financial Reporting to oversee consolidated financial reporting for international operations. You will work with VP Finance and regional teams to ensure accurate, timely IFRS compliance and robust note disclosures.

The role offers growth through enhanced reporting processes, involvement in ERP improvements, and close collaboration with audit and finance leadership. Hybrid work in downtown Vancouver is available.

Qualifications

• CPA designation required.
• 5–10 years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Mining industry experience required.
• Strong IFRS knowledge including consolidated financial statements and disclosures.
• Experience with public company reporting requirements and external audits.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Prepare quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements under IFRS.
• Manage consolidation across multiple jurisdictions and JV accounting.
• Prepare and review note disclosures and support MD&A.
• Research IFRS accounting matters and draft memoranda.
• Coordinate information with international finance teams for quarterly close.
• Support external audits and provide documentary support.
• Contribute to dev of financial reporting processes and SOX readiness.
• Assist with evolving reporting requirements for corporate growth.
• Support financial systems and ERP improvement for consolidation.
