Base pay range

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on financial and management reporting, coupled with exceptional problem-solving abilities and an entrepreneurial mindset. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial data and insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making within the organization.

Duties and responsibilities
  1. Perform monthly consolidations, prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  2. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  3. Coordinate with external auditors for audit processes and address any findings or recommendations.
Management Reporting:
  1. Develop and maintain management reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  2. Provide detailed variance analysis and insights to support management decisions.
  3. Collaborate with department heads to understand financial performance and drive improvements.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
  1. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
  2. Monitor and report on budget variances, providing recommendations for corrective actions.
Problem Solving and Analysis:
  1. Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
  2. Analyze financial data and trends to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  3. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
Must-have Qualifications
  1. CPA or equivalent certification
  2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial and management reporting.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  5. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  6. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
