Job summary

TD Wealth seeks an experienced Financial Planner to provide comprehensive financial planning and advice to mass affluent clients, helping them reach their financial goals and objectives. The role emphasizes relationship management, ongoing service, and building long-term client partnerships.

You will conduct reviews, perform analyses, and contribute to team goals while staying ahead of industry trends and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

3–5 years within financial services managing client relationships, providing financial advice and tailored investment solutions (preferred).
CIRO Registered Representative (RR) license within first 120 days in role.
Achieve Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation within first 3 years in role.
CFP eligibility: University Degree or meet one of the following: a) QAFP in good standing for 5 years, or b) up to 10 years of qualifying work experience.

Responsibilities

Identify client life and financial goals and build long-term relationships through financial planning expertise and ongoing services.
Conduct reporting and relevant analysis to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
Contribute to team and department goals while strengthening customer service and dedication.
Monitor service, productivity and assess efficiency and implement continuous improvements.
Stay ahead of emerging trends and maintain risk management practices.
Provide mentorship and direction to others within the team.
