Job summary

Royal Bank of Canada in Pickering seeks an RBC Financial Planner to grow and manage a portfolio of mass affluent clients. You will provide ongoing comprehensive reviews and long-term relationships through holistic planning and world-class advice. Base plus variable compensation supports your growth.

You will deliver tailored financial planning, expand your client base through relationship management, and collaborate with partners across the market to maximize referrals and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Financial Planning designation (QAFP, PFP or CFP)
• Mutual Funds License (IFIC or CSC)
• Minimum 3 years' experience in financial planning
• Strong financial acumen with proven networking, client acquisition, and relationship management
• Ability to create market presence, build COI relationships, and cultivate partner relationships

• Provide tailor‑made financial planning advice and help clients reach their goals, using our unparalleled array of investment, credit, and everyday banking solutions
• Actively grow, expand and maintain your portfolio of clients using value‑based relationship management practices, achieving performance targets
• Cultivate relationships with service partners and local markets to optimize business opportunities and referrals

What do you need to succeed?

Must‑have

• Financial Planning Designation (QAFP, PFP or CFP)
