Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of banking services experience with client relationships and tailored investment advice.
• Willingness to obtain Registered Representative (CIRO) licensing, if not currently licensed.
• Commitment to obtaining CFP designation within the first three years in the role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand life and financial objectives, conduct in-depth financial reviews, and foster long-term relationships.
• Leverage data-driven insights to analyze results, develop recommendations, and evaluate programs and practices.
• Collaborate with your team to achieve objectives while improving the client experience and service delivery.
• Monitor productivity and service delivery, identify efficiency opportunities, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay informed on industry best practices and regulatory trends to remain at the forefront of financial planning.
• Mentor colleagues, sharing expertise to foster a collaborative environment.
• Uphold a culture of risk management and alignment with the organization’s risk appetite.
