A SISIP Financial Planner (CFP or PFP) is a solution-oriented, strong communicator, who conducts deep discovery to understand client needs, develop relationships, customize needs based financial plans and provide supportive client action. As a trusted advisor to the CAF Community, the Financial Planner provides expert knowledge, skills, and experience covering the core areas of financial planning including financial management, investment planning, tax planning, risk management and planning for education, retirement, and estates. The advisor has a solid understanding of the CAF Pension Plan and is able to provide in‑depth analysis and client‑centric recommendations on pension choices.
The Financial Planner gathers and analyzes financial information, conducts deep discovery to understand client wants, needs and goals, and collaborates with other SISIP advisory specialists and external partners to develop and implement a tailored financial plan, with full client engagement. Helping to ensure financial education and literacy among the CAF Community is a key mandate to help our clients build a financially secure future while making informed choices about their current needs. As such, the Financial Planner builds strong relationships with the CAF Community and internal / external partners and delivers financial education to inform, create awareness of SISIP Financial and the value we create for the CAF Community.

This is an on‑site position with an assigned work location. The employee must be able to work 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday‑Friday.
Salary plus Employee Performance Plan.
