You will partner closely with finance colleagues across regions, the BI team, and other internal stakeholders to deliver clear, actionable insights. This is a hands-on role where you’ll balance recurring reporting with project-based initiatives such as building & maintaining dashboards, data integration, predictive analytics, and more.

We are looking for a proactive team member who thrives on solving problems, optimizing processes, and helping PlayStation leverage data to make smarter financial and operational decisions.

Why Join Our Team?

This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to PlayStation\'s success within the growing Central PlayStation Studios Finance group. You\'ll work alongside talented professionals in a dynamic industry, developing insights that drive PlayStation\'s financial strategy and growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Recurring Reporting & Dashboards: Build, maintain, and enhance Tableau dashboards (possibly Domo dashboards); ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly financial reporting and effort-tracking reports.
  • Automation & Data Integration: Improve efficiency by streamlining data pipelines and reporting workflows (e.g., connecting Snowflake and Tableau).
  • Process Improvement: Document, standardize, and improve recurring reporting processes across Central Services. Identify opportunities for automation and simplification.
  • Cost Allocation & Expense Tracking: Improve cost allocation and expense reporting for Central Services.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct scenario analysis, sensitivity testing, and custom reports to support strategic finance and leadership decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance teams in North America, Europe, and Asia, as well as IT and BI partners, to align on best practices and consistent reporting.
  • Predictive Analytics & Advanced Use Cases: Explore and support the development of advanced analytics (e.g., predictive analytics models, financial forecasting use cases).
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, data analytics, or business intelligence roles.
  • Prior experience in gaming, media, or technology is a plus.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Tableau (Domo experience is a plus) and Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas).
  • Experience with Snowflake, SQL, or similar database/querying tools.
  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP/accounting systems.
  • Python skills (basic scripting or automation) is a plus.
  • Experience applying generative AI tools in a professional environment (e.g., for data analysis, automation, documentation)
Analytical & Personal Skills
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to distill large datasets into actionable insights.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Strong communication skills—able to explain technical or financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset, comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams.
