Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with a background in the construction industry to join our finance team. Salary: $120,000-$135,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
• Perform account and bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to provide insights into financial performance.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and other tools for bookkeeping and reporting.
• Perform job costing and manage inventory.
• Provide account analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support corporate finance initiatives and improve financial processes.

Requirements

• CPA designation.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
