Qualifications

• Customer-focused administrator with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in an office environment, customer service or retail.
• Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office; able to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support aligned with Sun Life policies and procedures.
• Answer phone calls and greet clients.
• Report payments, expense cheque routines, and client inventory administration.
