• 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in compiling results, data analysis and variance explanations.
• Ability to work in a team and develop expertise.
• Interest in continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Knowledge of payroll (an asset), bilingualism an asset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the production of monthly, quarterly and annual financial and operational dashboards.
• Analyze financial results and forecast accruals if necessary.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to confirm the validity of financial data.
• Participate in the budgeting process.
• Implement and optimize financial performance indicators.
• Develop and improve financial models for forecasting revenue, profit, and expenses.
