Job Description

The Financial Analyst is a full-time position within the Finance Department, based at our Mississauga, ON office.

Responsibilities
  • Manage financial reporting and operational analysis for a new $90M division supporting our North American portfolio of multinational businesses.
  • Develop reporting packages, forecasts, and allocation methodologies as part of a new business unit.
  • Collaborate with the North American Controller and Global IT VP as a key supporting partner.
  • Support the annual planning process, ensuring realistic forecasting and effective expenditure indicators.
  • Drive continuous improvement in operational financial reporting using analysis, scorecards, dashboards, and KPIs.
Ideal Candidate
  • CPA designation or willingness to obtain it, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships within a multi-site environment.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably JDE) and advanced Excel skills, including business modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
Travel
  • Must be eligible to travel to the US.
